Nina Obukhov was a victim/witness for the State of NH stemming from Alexey Obukhov's 8/2013 arrest. During that case against Alexey Obukhov, Nina was threatened. Initially, upon reading the report, I was reading information that had been documented by Attorney Michael Bedard of the Legal Connection in Concord NH THREE months prior to these murders on 12/20/14. The information documented by Michael Bedard was in relation to his terrorizing me during a "soil sample" collection he admitted he couldn't actually get because the ground was frozen. What Michael Bedard of the Legal Connection documented is actually a confession to terrorizing me, and this is backed up by a police report. However, just like Chief John Bryfonski, the Effingham and Carroll County Sheriff's office FAILED TO DO THEIR JOBS.
I continued to read through the report because it has information personally affecting me in it. This report is completely falsified and it definitely conceals the murders of Nina Obukhov and her little girls. Absolutely no doubt about it.
The question is....what makes these mongrels at the NH AG's Office feel like they can conceal murders?? This is the New Hampshire Attorney Generals Office concealing the murders of a Domestic Violence Victim and 2 little girls.

The report initially claims the 911 call was made at 11:09, and this changes to 11:08, however the initial news stories reported the call was made at about 1p.m.
This is just stupid. Why would the letter need to indicate am or pm on 3/28/15? It would be obvious it was 2 am, because they were discovered before 2pm.
There were legal documents to compare the handwriting to. Bank account, mortgage, job, US Passport application.....
The report accounted for 3 bullets. What did the other 2 hit? How many people can read an instruction manual for a semiautomatic and become an expert assassin???? With no prior gun experience. Isn't this the same type of gun Alexey Obukhov fought Bedford NH Police Chief Bryfonski over?
